Important: Use only secure communication channels to send your data. To extract data, you will need an SD card reader. Instructions Remove SD card from your AirSense 10 device. Insert SD card into an SD card reader on your computer On Windows: Open File Explorer and locate the SD card Drive from the list on the left-hand side under THIS PC(may be named “RESMED”). On Mac OS: Open up Finder and locate the SD card Drive from the list on the left-hand side under Devices(may be named “RESMED”). The SD Card will have 2 folders and 3 files on it. Hold down the shift key on your keyboard and left click each to select the following: SETTINGS folder Identification.crc Identification.tgt STR.edf Once all 4 items are highlighted, right click on your mouse. This will open a drop down, go down to send to and then select compressed (zipped) folder. On Mac OS: The option to create the zipped folder will be say “Compress 4 items” after right clicking the 4 selected files. Mac will default the name to Achieve.zip. You don’t have to rename it in the next step. It will then prompt you to name the new file. Type in “DATA” for the name and then press enter on your keyboard. On this form click the “Choose File” button under “Upload ZIP”, navigate to the SD card, and Select the Zip file you just created and click Open to attach it to this form. Finish your data upload by clicking the “Submit” button Go back into the SD card, delete the zip, and reinsert it into your AirSense 10 device.
